This is standard industry boilerplate for a general transportation business. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and should be checked against Minnesota and City of Minneapolis regulations before being treated as legally binding.
By booking a ride with Gold & Green Taxi, whether by phone, online, or in person, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Booking and Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone at 651-452-9000 or online at GoldandGreenTaxi.com. A confirmed reservation includes a driver assigned to your scheduled pickup time and location.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 3 hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund. For reservations more than 50 miles away, cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Fares and Payment
Fares are based on the rate quoted at the time of booking or the applicable metered rate. Payment is accepted online or directly with your driver, depending on the option selected at booking.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Gold & Green Taxi reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who engages in unsafe, abusive, or illegal behavior.
Limitation of Liability
Gold & Green Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other conditions outside our reasonable control. We are licensed and insured in accordance with City of Minneapolis requirements for taxi companies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
